Our E-Newsletter is a bimonthly update of current events taking place at The Casino at Lakemont Park and Snappy Chef. We are proud to say that this is our seventh edition of our e-newsletter! Back by extremely popular female demand, the all male dance review will perform on stage at The Casino. Tickets available at the Forever station and at The Casino.

March of Dimes Star Chefs - Monday, November 17, 2003
Chefs from the area's restaurants put on the ritz for a spectacular five course gourmet dinner. Each chef prepares his or her own specialty. This evening is a special fundraiser for the March of Dimes. Call 9-------- for ticket reservations.

Beaujolais Bash - Thursday, November 20, 2003
Beaujolais Nouveau is the first output from each harvest, ready exactly on the Third Thursday of November each year. It's a celebration across the world, as people gather to taste the first Beaujolais of the new season. The Blair County Arts Foundation sponsors the event with Casino Chef Doug Simon preparing hors d'oeuvre selections to compliment the wine tasting. Mark the date for this season's tasting!

Snappy Chef Catering is proud to participate in the Bedford Big Brothers Big Sisters BikeForKids'Sake 1st Annual Poker Run and Pig Roast on Sunday, September 14, 2003. Snappy Chef food will be featured at the end of the run celebration at Old Bedford Village.

The Casino is proud to present Greggory Brandt for an evening performance of songs we all know from Brodway. Brandt, a baritone soloist, most recently performed in the Broadway production Les Miserables. He has performed in the national touring companies of Bells Are Ringing, Camelot and Les Miserables. Some regional productions include Carousel, Sweeney Todd, The Secret Garden, Oliver, My Fair Lady, and The Student Prince.

Brandt will be accompanied on the piano by his wife Susan. Their son Eddie has also been on broadway and will perform several numbers.
Gregg Brandt is a gradute of Carnegie Melon University and is currently on the faculty of Penn State Altoona and at Carnegie Melon University.

The August dinner theatre at The Casino was a sell-out! "Always...Patsy Cline", performed by the Tyrone Community Players, was rated outstanding by the nearly 300 guests who enjoyed dinner and the show.
