The Casino and Snappy Chef sales teams were on tour this winter, touting our wedding cakes and services to hundreds of brides, grooms and their families. We took our show on the road to Bedford, Carrolltown and the Jaffa Mosque in Altoona, and then hosted Forever Broadcasting's Bridal Show at The Casino. Lots of great contacts were made, but we still have some good dates available for fall 2008 and 2009. From The Casino KitchenBuffalo Chicken DipPer 20 people 1-8 oz bar Cream Cheese 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1-12 oz. can. Shredded Chicken Breast 1 C Ranch Dressing 1 C Redhot Sauce Flake chicken in bowl. Mix all ingredients in a ready-to-serve dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir twice. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. |
